You can now deactivate or reactivate a group entirely. Once deactivated, all events, members, emails, files, surveys, etc. will be archived and made unavailable for administrators or student officers. This is a very useful feature when a group becomes inactive one year and asks to be reactivated the following year.

Easy email access to QR Codes

Now it’s even easier for students (and non-students) to access their event tickets and the associated QR codes.  Your event’s QR code will be included in both the event registration confirmation email as well as the event reminder email sent out prior to the event.  Your guests won’t need to hunt for QR codes or student IDs.  Simply open the email to scan!

Greetings! I just arrived to Groupment last week and am thrilled to be working with such a welcoming group of people. I have spent the last week exploring the sophisticated system and the extensive tools and functionality that Groupment has to offer. Everyone on the team has been more than happy to answer questions, demonstrate a feature or share fresh, warm croissants from the nearby farmers’ market in Union Square.
